Define signature access

For defined signatures, you can give access directly to user groups and you can also restrict access to the Sign on behalf of field.
Note: If no limitations are added to signatures, then all users have access by default.
Define signature access

From the Tools menu, open the System management menu.

Double-click to open Entities and Workflows.

Right-click an entity in the Maintenance of entities and workflow table and select Signature definitions.

The Signature Definitions window opens. It shows the available signatures for the entity.

Right-click a signature and click Access and limitation on the context menu.

Click the Lookup button and select a user group to specify access to that user group.

Select the Use access checkbox to give this user group access.

(Optional) Select the Limit "Behalf of" checkbox to limit the access to the Sign on behalf of field. This options limits the users that are available in the Sign on behalf of dropdown in the workflow window. See Filter on behalf of list.

Click Save
on the main toolbar.
