Encrypted password for Admin installation
Installing OSM Administration requires an encrypted password. This unique password can be generated with the Admin Password utility. The encrypted password is used one time only during installation.
The encrypted password contains information about the following items:

Username that will be used to access the OSM Database.

Password that will be used to access the OSM Database.
-
Passphrase that will be used when logging in to OSM Administration.

Secure login to OSM Administration
When logging in to OSM Administration, you must supply:

AD username
-
AD password
-
Admin passphrase
A matching user account must exist in the OSM database.
Important: The Windows Credentials name must match the OSM username. They need to be synchronized. The username is case insensitive.
To login to OSM Administration

Double-click the desktop icon.

On the Sign in window, enter these details.

The Windows domain name. |
|
Windows Active Directory username. |
|
Windows Active Directory password. |
|
The passphrase that was entered in the Admin Password utility generator. |

3. Click Sign in.
