Add roles for an entity
You can create status access roles that apply for the entire entity.
These roles will be available for the following procedures:
Each entity, such as work permits or isolations, has its own set of roles for accessing statuses.
Add a new access role for the entity

On the Tools menu, point to System management and click Entities and Workflows.

Right-click an entity and click Roles for statuses on the context menu.

The Status roles for entity window opens.

Click New
on the main toolbar to add a new row in the table.

Enter the Code and Name and other details.

Specify the Type of role. The Access type indicates whether the user role has permission to access content for entities.

Click Save
on the main toolbar.
