Add multiple workers to a competency

When you have a lot of workers to add to a competency, it is faster and more efficient to use this multiple select procedure.

Add multiple workers to a competency

On the Add/Remove users vs competency window, right-click anywhere and click Add users.

Enter a search criteria into the query window and click OK. The query returns a list of names.

On the Add users dialog, use Shift+Click or Ctrl+Click to multi-select users.

Click Select. The selected users are added to the competency. If any users already exist on the competency, these will be ignored.

The Add users window closes.

Click Save
on the main toolbar.

Close the Add/Remove users window.
In the Competency window, the number in the No. of workers column is updated to reflect the added users.
Note: Workers with an expired competency are not included in the count.
