Activating statuses
When a status is active, it means:

The status is available to the workflow.

The status will appear in the web application.
Activate a status

On the Tools menu, point to System management and click Entities and Workflows.

Right-click an entity and click Statuses.

On the Statuses window, select the Active check box.

Click Save on the main toolbar.
Deactivating statuses
When a status is not active, it means:
-
The status is not available to the workflow.
-
The status will not appear in the web application.
-
The status still exists in the database.
Deactivate a status

On the Tools menu, point to System management and click Entities and Workflows.

Right-click an entity and click Statuses on the context menu.

On the Statuses window, clear the Active check box.

Click Save on the main toolbar.
