Consider these points when planning your set of statuses.

Every workflow contains a starting status (New) and two ending statuses (Closed and Canceled). For more information, see the Starting point and Ending point sections on Dynamic workflows.

Modify the existing statuses to suit your purpose. See Modify statuses.
