User permissions
User permissions in AVEVA™ Operational Safety Management are handled through a combination of Access groups and Process Access and Signature Access.
Access groups

An access group (formerly called user group) is a category of OSM users that share the same access permissions in AVEVA Operational Safety Management. A single user can belong to many different access groups. |

Process access
Process access determines which users have authority to perform which actions in the workflow process.
Signature access
Signature access determines which users can be selected to sign for actions in the workflow process.
