Enable snapshot of workflow action for log

You can specify which workflow actions should generate a snapshot of the changes. This snapshot will be available on the log page for viewing.
The Create snapshot when process is performed property triggers creation of a snapshot that is stored in the history log. Each time the action is performed a new snapshot is triggered.
Note: This option should be used only at key points in workflow because storage for snapshots will take up a lot of space.
Enable snapshot feature

On the Tools menu, point to System management, then click Entities and Workflows.

Right-click an entity and select Processes from the context menu.

On the Process window, select the Create snapshot when process is in progress checkbox.
The selection also shows in Create snapshot column of the table.
