The Description dialog enables you to see a whole description and copy from the description and paste to another application.

It also provides a way to move quickly from one description to the next with arrows.

Access full description

  1. Double-click a description in the Description column.

    The Description dialog opens. You can copy and paste the description content.

  2. Use the Up and Down arrows to scroll forwards or backwards through the descriptions.

  3. Click OK.
