Use this key to specify a menu item for your custom help file.
Specify custom help name and link

On the Application settings window, set the name of the customer help menu item in the cowapplicationcustomerhelpmenuname key.

Set the destination URL link for the menu item in the cowapplicationcustomerhelpmenuurl key.

Click Save
on the main toolbar.
The text you set appears as the menu item for custom help in the OSM Web application.
