You can add and edit user groups, and manage their member users. For more information, see Access groups.
Open access groups

From the Tools menu, open the System Management menu, then double-click Access groups.

The Access groups, Query dialog box opens.

Click the Lookup icon to open the Lookup on Access Group dialog box.

Choose an access group and click Select.

On the Query dialog box, click OK.

The Access groups window opens.

Right-click an access group to see the members of a group and other features.
