Add a process
You can add or edit the workflow actions for an entity. Actions are part of the entity dynamic workflow.
What is a process?

A workflow action is an operation that moves an entity from one status to another. The dynamic workflow is made up statuses and actions. |
Required parameters
The minimum parameters you must set for a process are:

Process name
-
From status
-
To status
Add a workflow action

From the Tools menu, open the System management menu.

Double-click to open Entities and Workflows.

The Maintenance of entities and workflow window opens.

Right-click an entity and click Processes on the context menu.

The Processes window opens.

Click New on the main toolbar to create a new row.

Next to Process, enter the process name.

Next to From status, click the Lookup icon and choose the starting status for the process. For example, New.

Next to To status, click the Lookup icon and choose the ending status for the process. For example, For approval.

Specify whether the workflow direction is forwards, backwards, cancel or onhold.

Click Save on the main toolbar.
