Configure a selected checkbox if related field has value

You can configure the logic that if a field has a value its associated checkbox will appear selected.

Example

The SJA Required checkbox should be selected if WPFORM_SJANO has a value.

Configure an automatically selected checkbox if another field has a value

1. Select the target checkbox in the form; for example, SJA Required checkbox.

2. In the properties panel, select the Read only property.

   

3. Go the source field; for example WPFORM_SJANO.

4. On the WPFORM_SJANO field, add a rule. Select Has-Value: set Target as checked.

5. Choose the Target field.

   

6. Click Add to add the rule.

7. Click Save in the Work Permit Form Editor.
