Configure a checkbox field
A CheckBox field allows on/off input value from the user.
It does not need to be mapped to the OSM database because the value is populated by the user.
Examples
Configure a selectable checkbox

Select the checkbox in the form.

In the editing panel, specify the Edit as property as CheckBox.

Click Save
in the Work Permit Form Editor.
