Modifying workflow actions

Edit a workflow action

You can edit an existing workflow action for an entity. Actions are part of the entity dynamic workflow.

Modify a process

1. On the Tools menu, point to System management and click Entities and workflow.

   The Maintenance of entities and workflow window opens.

2. Right-click an entity and click Processes on the context menu.

   

   The Processes window opens.

3. Edit the properties as you need.

   • Specify start point and end point of process

   • Specify workflow direction

   • Send action item to OSM user

   • Fetch sender from inverse process

   • Enable snapshot of workflow action for log

   • Configure process to revoke all signatures

   • Add message to log

4. Click Save on the main toolbar.
