Copy workers to competency

You can copy workers from one competency to another competency in one action.

Copy workers to a competency

1. On the Main menu, double-click Competency.

   

2. On the Competency window, select the target competency, right-click and select Copy workers on the context menu.

   

3. Enter a search criteria into the query window and click OK.

   

4. Select the source competency and click Select.

   

5. An information message appears. Click OK.

   

   In the Competency window, the number in the No. of workers column is updated to reflect the added users.

   Note: Workers with an expired competency are not included in the count.
