Create statuses for integration with EAM

AVEVA™ Operational Safety Management has a service integration layer that makes it possible to integrate against other EAM systems. You will need to configure statuses for tags and work orders to reflect those in the external EAM system.

Create statuses for tags and work orders

1. On the Main menu, double-click Statuses for tag and work order.

   

   The Statuses for tag and work order window opens.

2. For each item, specify the following two properties:

   • Active: Select the Active checkbox to enable this tag in the OSM system.

   • Unselected in search: Select this checkbox to prevent tag from appearing as a selected option by default in the search panel of OSM web application.
