Enable backups for work permits

The backup files for work permit will generate automatically at the points in time for which they are configured.

For example:

• Generate a backup when the work permit is activated or put on hold.

• Delete a backup when the work permit is closed.

Enable backups for work permits

Enabling backups requires the following business rules to be enabled for the statuses that you want to trigger the execution of the business rule.

• Action - "Backup" - This rule will identify selected status as a flag when a backup file should be created for work permit (c4e32a64-2e94-4739-8587-454aab5d3e1f)

• Action - "Backup" - This rule will identify selected status as a flag when the backup file for work permit will be deleted (dd1017fe-da84-4d15-be3f-27cd0fb7d6cb)

Folderupdated.txt file

The folderupdated.txt file will be generated with the current timestamp each time a backup file is generated. This file can be monitored.
