Note: Field names that appear in bold are mandatory fields.
Status parameters
Each status has the following parameters.

Description |

Code |
A unique number representing the status in this workflow. Must be a 3-digit number. |
|
Indicator |
Specifies which indicator symbol displays for this status. See Specifying status indicators. |
|
Description |
The description that will display for the status. |

Check boxes
Each status has the following check boxes.

Active |
Specifies whether the status is set to Active. See Activating and deactivating statuses. |
|
Editable |
Specifies whether the entity is editable in this status or not. See Specify entity as editable in status. |
|
Default selected in search panel |
Specifies whether status displays as a default selection in the Search panel of the Web application. Multiple statuses can be selected to display as default. |
|
Show as tab |
Specifies whether to show status as a separate Quick Filter tab in Web application. See Show status on its own tab. |
|
Set Status to read-only when processing has started |
When this option is selected, and if the status is set to Editable, the editable status no longer applies 1) After first required signature has been applied or 2) After all required signatures have been applied. |

Prog value |
This field is for advanced programming values. |
|
Active in Collection |
This field is for work permits only. When a work permit is in this status, it is considered Active for collection purposes. For example, a collection of work permits may have only one work permit active at a time. You could specify several statuses as being active statuses in a collection. |

Displays the values of the Default selected in search panel check box. |

Displays the values of the Editable in this status check box. |

Biz rules |
Indicates when there are business rules enabled for the status. |
|
Read-only if signatures |
Displays the values of the Set Status to read-only when processing has started check box. |
|
Access roles |
Indicates whether access roles have been added to the status. |
|
Show as tab |
Displays the values of the Show as tab parameter. |
|
Active in Collection |
Displays the values of the Active in Collection check box. |
|
Indicator |
Displays the values of the Indicator parameter. |
|
State |
Indicates the Life Cycle state. |
|
Prog value |
Displays the values of the Prog value parameter. |
|
Comment |
Any notes or comments attached to the status. |
