Some entities in Operational Safety Management can have a workflow with statuses and workflow actions.

What is an entity?

An entity in AVEVA™ Operational Safety Management refers to a class of items, such as work permits, work orders, isolation plans, or isolation lists. One instance of an entity refers to one work permit. Some entities can have a workflow with statuses and processes.

Open Entities and Workflow

  • On the System Management menu, double-click Entities and workflow.

    The Maintenance of entities and workflow window opens. The default view shows only entities that have the ability to configure workflows.

View the full list of entities

  1. Perform a query.

  2. Clear the Only entities with workflow checkbox.
