Adding licenses

You can add a license to AVEVA™ Operational Safety Management with the OSM License Add tool.

• If you have multiple licenses, use the tool to add additional licenses. For example, if you have 5 sites, you will have 5 license keys.

• License keys are attached to site codes. You should not change the code for a site or it will invalidate the license.

To add licenses

1. Launch the OSM License Add tool.

2. Enter the details for your site and click Logon.

   

3. Enter a license key, and click Add.

   

4. Click OK.

   

5. The next message will ask if you will be adding multiple site licenses. Click Yes or No.

   

6. Enter a license key and click Add.

7. Add more license keys, clicking Add each time.

8. When you have finished entering license keys, click Close.
