Add message to log when this process is performed
You can configure that an operator message will be added to the log when a certain process is performed.
ExampleWhen a Cancel process is performed, you want to require a message added to the log explaining why the item is being canceled. |
Add message to log

On the Tools menu, point to System management, then click Entities and Workflows.

Right-click an entity and select Processes from the context menu.

On the Processes window, select the Message to log only checkbox.

To enforce that a message is entered, select Requires message to log.

Click Save on the main toolbar.
