Assign recipient roles to a process

For processes with the Send action item to OSM user checkbox selected, you need to define the recipient roles.

Assign recipient roles to a process

  1. On the Tools menu, point to System management and click Entities and workflow.

  2. On the Maintenance of entities and workflow window, right-click an entity and click Processes on the context menu.

    The Processes window opens.

  3. Right-click a process and select Recipient roles. This option is only available on processes with the Send action item to OSM user checkbox selected.

  4. Click New on the main toolbar to add a row.

  5. Click the Lookup icon to select an already defined recipient role for processes.

  6. Click Save on the main toolbar.

    Inactive roles will display a strikethrough.
