New features

Supplementary forms

There is a new module to support Supplementary forms.

• Enables upload and display of custom forms.

• Supports dynamic text entry.

• Supports workflow and approvals.

Work Permit module

Enhancements to the Work Permit module:

• We have introduced day/night shift and extended permit per shift functionality in the Work Permit module.

• Work Permits now have enhanced search capabilities. We have designed the search panel related to shift and shift periods.

• Added customer fonts when printing PDFs for Work Permits.

• Support for linking multiple Safe Job Analyses to a Work Permit.

• Work Permit subtype now displays in the Work Permit details page header.

• Automatic refresh of Work Permit library keeps current page position.

• It is no longer possible to print Work Permits when multiple sites are selected.

Renamed Assets to Sites

We have renamed the Assets to Sites.

Deprecated features in Admin

Functionality is marked as deprecated when a specific function or feature is still supported in the current release, but might be removed in a future release. We advise that you phase these features out of your projects and begin to use alternative features.

User Groups

The User Groups category on System Administration panel has been deprecated.

Discontinued features in Admin

The following categories have been removed from the System Management panel.

• Window access

• General values

• Calendar and nonworking days

• Comment / memo

• WBR customer configuration

• Datawindows / WBR
