Create signature definitions for entity

In this window, you can add and define signature definitions. You can create signature definitions that will be available for all processes in the entity, and then apply them individually to processes.
Define signatures for an entity

From the Tools menu, open the System management menu.

Double-click to open Entities and Workflows.

Select an entity in the Maintenance of entities and workflow table.

Right-click the entity and select Signature definitions. This option is only enabled for entities that support signatures.

The Signature Definitions window opens. It shows the available signatures for the entity. You can add new signatures or delete existing ones. You can also set them Active or Inactive.

Click New
on the main toolbar to add a new row in the table.

Enter a Code and Name for the new signature definition.

Click Save
on the main toolbar.
