Modify statuses

You can modify the properties on the statuses for an entity. These statuses are part of the Dynamic workflows.

Note: If a status is connected to a process and that process has been performed, the status can never be deleted. Up until the time the process is performed, you can delete the status.

Modify a status

1. On the Tools menu, point to System management and click Entities and Workflows.

2. Select the entity in the table, such as cow_custform.

   

3. Right-click the entity and click Statuses on the context menu.

   

   The Statuses window appears with the list of the configured statuses.

4. Select the status to modify in the table in the lower half of the window.

5. Modify the associated properties in the upper half of the window. For more information, see Reference for status parameters.

6. Click Save on the main toolbar.
