You can configure a hyperlinked image to appear in the OSM web application to enable a user to jump directly to an EAM system. When clicked, the link will open the EAM system and go directly to the specified work order. This configuration is done per site. It needs to be done for every site where you want this functionality.
Add direct link from OSM to EAM system
-
On the Main menu, double-click Site.
-
Perform a query to see a list of Sites.
-
Right-click a Site and click Configure site settings on the context menu.

-
On the Configure settings for site window, edit the workOrderLinkToEAM setting. When this key holds a value, the default EAM image will appear on the Work Order details page in the OSM web application.

EAM image
A default image named EAM.png is provided. If you add a link, the default image is used.

Change the EAM image
If you would like to use your own EAM image, you can provide an image in PNG format.
-
You will need to add the image to the OSM server image folder.
<Install Location of OSM Web Server>\asset\img\eamimages
