Simulate workflow actions

After you have configured the workflow actions in your workflow, you can view a simulation to see what happens. The simulation allows you to step through each action in a workflow to check the configuration. The Send to and Attention boxes will display the user roles and members that each action will be sent to. If there are no recipients, the Send to and Attention boxes appear disabled.
Simulate workflow actions

On the Tools menu, point to System management and click Entities and workflow.
The Maintenance of entities and workflow window opens.

Right-click an entity and click Processes on the context menu.

On the Processes window, right-click a process and click Simulate workflow.
The simulation window opens.

Click Forward and Back to navigate through workflow simulations. Each window shows the available workflow actions for the current status. The current status displays in the title of the window, such as [From status: New].
