AVEVA Unified Supply Chain performs an online certification revocation list check by default, and blocks outbound HTTPS requests if this check fails.

If access to the certificate revocation list is prevented, for example by corporate IT policies, it is possible to temporarily disable checks on the certificate revocation list.

To do so:

1. Create or edit the following DWORD in the Windows Registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Spiral Software\DisableCrlChecks

2. Set this DWORD to a non-zero value to disable checks on the certificate revocation list.

   AVEVA Unified Supply Chain includes logging to help diagnose certificate revocation list access issues.

   You should only set this registry key if IT policies require it. AVEVA recommends that the registry key/value is managed by IT and reviewed periodically to confirm that disabling the certificate revocation list check is still required.
