  1. Check the Event Viewer for any errors.

  2. Check the Core Engine logs for any errors. These are found by default under <install folder>\logs\SpiralCoreEngineService.

  3. Check the W3SVC1 (web) logs for any errors. These are found by default under <install folder>\logs\W3SVC1.

  4. Check the Navarik log files.

  5. Check any importer logs for errors, if the service has been put on the machine.

The actual locations of the log files mentioned above depend on the settings in the configuration file.
