Edit and Delete Groups

The groups supplied with each project cannot be edited or deleted. Only user-created groups can be edit or deleted.

To edit a group, highlight Groups in the left hand pane and double-click on the group record in the right-hand pane. The Group window is then displayed. Edit the details of the group as described above.

To delete a group, select it from the list of groups and click Delete Group in the toolbar menu. A message is then displayed requesting that the deletion of the group be confirmed:

Click Yes to delete the selected group.

If there are Users and/or Areas associated with the Group, then one of the following message is displayed as appropriate:

If the user attempts to delete one of the groups, supplied with each project the following message is displayed (for example):
