Export Data to AVEVA AIM

Data can be exported from AVEVA P&ID drawings into files that can subsequently be imported into the AVEVA Asset Information Management (AVEVA AIM) Portal:

• AVEVA EIWM (Engineering Information and Workflow Model) XML files containing the engineering data

• SVG files which are used to display the AVEVA P&ID drawings in the AVEVA AIM Portal.

The export is configured using the AVEVA AIM - Configurations Sub-Category, AVEVA AIM - Mappings Sub-Category and AVEVA AIM - Settings Sub-Category of the AVEVA P&ID Project Administration program.

Data can be exported from the current drawing in AVEVA P&ID, refer to Publish Data to AVEVA AIM.

Facilities are also provided to export data from a batch of drawing in the AVEVA AIM - Advanced Options Sub-Category of the AVEVA P&ID Project Administration program.

This pane also includes facilities to export data to a remote location such as a shared folder on a network.
