Drawing records can be deleted Document Manager.
Records of drawing revisions are "soft deleted", for example, marked as deleted but still present as a record. Such deletions can be reversed if required. Working copy records are deleted completely however.
To delete record, right-click on it and select Delete from the menu that is then displayed.

Multiple records may be selected for deletion. A message is then displayed requesting that the deletion be confirmed. Click Yes to continue.
The revision is deleted from the raw database tables and project database.
The record status of revision records is then changed to ‘D’. Working copy records are removed from the grid.
Revision records with a status of ‘D’ are highlighted using the cell background colour specified for "Removed" records in the AVEVA P&ID Reports options for the project.
For example:

Note: The project must be saved using the Save option on the Home tab for deletions to be finalized. Otherwise the record will reappear the next time the project is opened.
Undo Deletions
To undo the "soft" deletion of revision records, right-click on them and select Undo Delete from the menu that is then displayed:

The ‘D’ record status is then removed from these records.
