Update Instrument Patterns

Changes to drawings resulting from instrument patterns being changed in the AVEVA P&ID Project Administration program are not automatically implemented when project drawings are loaded. The user must trigger these changes "manually" in each drawing after it has loaded using this procedure.

Associated Project Configuration Options

Instrument patterns are set in the Instruments- Patterns Sub-Category of the AVEVA P&ID Project Administration program.

Procedure

Select the Refresh Instrument Patterns option in the AVEVA P&ID group of the Home tab. The instrument patterns on the drawing are then updated to reflect those set in the AVEVA P&ID Project Administration program.
