Used to change the item type of all the symbols of a specified symbol type on a drawing. |

AVVCHECKSEQ |
Used to change the sequence numbers of pipe components on a drawing to the correct sequential order, for example, that of the graphical order of the components. For use when pipes are upgraded from older versions of AVEVA P&ID. The sequence numbers of pipe components may become incorrect as a result of the process. |

AVVCHTXTWIDTH |
Used to change the P&ID item label width to its default width as per Project Administrator settings. Using this command, the user can change the manually modified P&ID item label width to its default setting. |
|
AVVCLDATA |
Used to delete the Xdata of a P&ID intelligent item to make it as a dumb AutoCAD entity. Using this command all the P&ID properties will get deleted and the item would become as a dumb AutoCAD entity. |

AVVCLEANATTRIBUTEDATAFROMLST |
Used to remove AutoCAD data from all stream diamond symbols (LST symbol type) on a drawing. Such data may result in unexpected behaviour from these symbols. |

Used to perform 'Zoom to Extent' operation on the drawing. The drawing will be zoomed to fit the window. |

Note: Tags, Pipe sizes, Instrument types and other validated data cannot be entered or changed using this dialog. A button in each tag field opens a modal Properties dialog, in which the required values must be entered |

Used to upgrade lines and blocks to the pipe types, signal line types and symbols mapped to them using the AVEVA P&ID Drawing Upgrade Utility. |

AVVUPGRADEPREVIEW |
Used to identify which drawing entities have been upgraded and which have not by means of a popup window which shows entities colored according to the user settings in the Set Colors menu and updated using the Apply Color Settings option. |

AVVUPGRADEPREVIEWOUT |
This command complements the AVVUPGRADEPREVIEW command and enables the user to export to a PDF and DWG files the drawing shown in the popup window when the AVVUPGRADEPREVIEW command is used. The location for the exported files is defined by the user directive USER_UPGRADEPREVIEWLOCATION. The default value is the "Upgraded_drawings" folder in the output folder. The output folder is set in the AVEVA Data Path field in the Project Configuration Category of the AVEVA P&ID Project Administration program. |

BATCHQUIT |
Used to exit from the P&ID application. This command would close all the opened drawings without asking a warning message for saving the drawings before closing. So it is not advisable to use for the active drawings. This command useful for closing multiple read only drawings. |

Used to clear the duplication database. Using this command all the data (including drawing details, P&ID items details) present in the duplication database would get deleted. In order to get the data back to duplication database, user has to open all the drawing at least once and save it before closing. |

Notes are edited by using the labelling procedure, but notes should not be confused with labels. |

VPEREVERSE |
Used to reverse the flow of a pipe. Note: Reversing the flow of a pipe will not reverse the flow of a branch that loops off and then back onto a pipe. Reversing the flow of a branch will not reverse the flow of the owning main pipe. Signal lines do not have flows in a process sense. The procedure is used to reverse the direction in which a signal line is drawn. |

Used to split a pipe or signal line into two separate pipes or signal lines. In the case of pipes, the properties of the previously unsplit pipe are assigned to the new pipe located before the split in terms of the pipe flow of the unsplit pipe. These properties are also assigned to the new pipe after the split, except for those properties which are required to be unique, which are replaced by the project null symbol (e.g. "?"). |
