Lock or Unlock Drawings Macro

The macro is designed to control the lock status of drawings in the project. The macro can be executed using the AVEVA P&ID Macros Manager dialog. Refer to AVEVA P&ID Macros Manager.

Note:
The macro can be executed manually by the user with a command defined in the lisp routine: AVVMAC_DOCMAN.

Note:
The functionality is only available to users with administrator access rights.

The AVEVA P&ID Document Manager dialog can be used to manage the lock status of drawings.

indicates a locked drawing.

indicates an unlocked drawing.

Check the required checkboxes to select the drawings to be modified.

Lock

Click Lock to lock the selected drawings.

Unlock

Click Unlock to unlock the selected drawings.

A message displays indicating the number of locked or unlocked drawings.
