Associated Documents Window

The Associated Documents window is used to view AVEVA Asset Information Management (AVEVA AIM) documents that are associated with an item selected in an AVEVA P&ID drawing.

To display the Associated Documents window, if it is not already open, select the Browse option in the Context group of the AIM tab.

The connection to AVEVA AIM, and the criteria the facility uses when searching for AVEVA AIM documents, etc. are setup using the Design In Context Configuration Category of the AVEVA P&ID Project Administration program.

Other settings are made via the AIM Tab, as described in Associated Documents Window Configuration Options.

Facilities for viewing the associated documents, creating collections of documents, marking documents as favourites, and other facilities are also provided.
