To undo recent changes to the drawing, use the AutoCAD Quick Access Toolbar.

Use the Undo drop-down list to display the recent change history.

The recent change history displays the most recent commands and it may be necessary to undo multiple commands to undo the required action.
For example, when drawing a pipe, a command is issued for each drawn pipe segment and for the placement and rotation angle of a label. To undo the drawn pipe, it is necessary to select all commands back to the Drpipe command.
