Dynamic Symbols

Dynamic symbols can also be part of an AVEVA P&ID symbol catalogue. Substitute behaviour (parameter "visible" in the dynamic symbol editor) is one of the most popular implementations, as the user can select the shape of the symbol among many other options, and also the name of the substitution will be exported to the description column for the engineering object in the database.
