Insert alarm labels at a fixed location.

Up to six alarm labels can be positioned at a fixed location, relative to the instrument insertion point. A list of values can be assigned to instrument alarm labels, replacing the need to enter label values manually, refer to Instruments Configuration Category and Label General Instruments.
