Mirror Pipe Tracing

This procedure is used to mirror pipe tracing, for example move tracing from one side of a selected pipe to the other.

Associated Project Configuration Options
Whether or not the user will be prompted to delete or keep the original tracing is set using the USER_PROMPTMIRRORTRACE user-defined directive in the Miscellaneous - Settings Sub-Category. By default the user will not be prompted, and the original tracing is deleted.
Procedure

Start the procedure by either:

Selecting the pipe with tracing that is to be mirrored, then selecting the Mirror Trace option in the Pipeline group of the Home tab, or

Selecting the Mirror Trace option in the Pipeline group of the Home tab, then selecting the required pipe when prompted:
Pick any entity in pipe group for mirror tracing:

Depending on the setting of the USER_PROMPTMIRRORTRACE user-defined directive (see above), the user may now be asked whether the original tracing is to be deleted or left in place:
Do you want to erase the source tracing [YES or NO]:

The tracing of the pipe is then moved to the other side of the pipe, or copied to it, if the user selected that option.
