Unlock Drawings

If a drawing is locked for some reason, for example, another user has it open, then other users will not be able to open the drawing.

If required, users can unlock a drawing by right-clicking on its record and selecting the Unlock option.

If the Lock Working Drawing After Major Revision checkbox in AVEVA P&ID Reports is checked, the unlock functionality is not available if the user is not a member of a user group that has permission to unlock the drawing.

When this option is selected, a warning is displayed:
