Assign a Wiring Rule to a Single MCC, Switchboard or Distribution Board

For MCCs, Switchboards and Distribution Boards, wiring rules are applied to the specific incomer that the supply is supplied via, rather than directly to the supply itself.

To assign a wiring rule to a MCC, Switchboard or Distribution Board, open the Supply Detail window for the supply.

1. Open the Details tab on the Loads Assigned tab. The facilities for assigning wiring rules and creating (and deleting) wiring are in the Incomers section of the tab:

   

2. If a rule has already been assigned to and incomer, its name will be displayed its the Wiring Rule field. Otherwise the field will be blank.
   A different rule may be assigned to overwrite current wiring data by following this procedure (or to re-apply the same rule if it has been edited since it was previously applied).

3. Click the button in the incomer’s the Wiring Rule field.
