Back up the Current Layout before Modification

To guarantee that a user will be able to revert a report to its previous state, a backup copy must be created. The report can then be restored to this state in case something goes wrong while is being subsequently edited by closing it without saving the unwanted changes and then re-opening it.
To save a copy of a report, select File > Save or press CTRL+S. The report will then be saved in the application's current folder.

To specify a different name for the report, select File > Save As... from the main menu, which will display the standard Please enter the name of the Report window.

Enter the name and click Save.
