Publish Documents

To publish documents, select them in the Document List grid and click Update on the List Tools - Document List tab.
A message is then displayed to warn that files previously published from the document(s) may be overwritten. Click Yes to proceed with the publishing or No to cancel.
If Yes is clicked, the documents are then published in accordance with the settings specified on the Main tab of the Document Information window (refer to Merge Datasheets into a Single Document). A Progress window displays the progress of the procedure for each selected document.
