Class Definitions

Classes are used to enable each equipment type to have its own tag formats. Each class is allocated tag formats. Each equipment type is in turn allocated a class.

Classes are defined and allocated tag formats using the Class Definitions window, accessed by clicking Setup > Class Definitions in the Project tab.

The window lists the existing class definitions for equipment.
