Drawing Information Tabs

Use the functionality available from the Drawing Information tabs to record identities, enter a drawing title, view revisions of the current drawing, add notes to the drawing, add manual drawing references and add any additional project/user-specific information.
Drawing Author Information
The Author(s) tab is used to record the identities of the drawing author, designer, checker and approver, and when these activities were completed.

The tab is also used to specify the design status and enter an alternate document number if required.
Drawing Title
The Title tab is used to enter the drawing title, as it will appear on the drawing itself, plus remarks on the drawing.

Revision History
The Revision History list (in the Revisions tab) shows all revisions for the current drawing:

Revisions Tab Command Buttons

Add |
Used to add a new revision to the current drawing using the Revision Entry window. Refer to Drawing Revisions for more information. Note: Note: Revisions may also be added to multiple drawings in one command. For information on this feature refer to Viewing and Editing Multiple Document Revisions. |

Edit |
Used to edit a selected drawing revision using the Revision Entry window. Refer to Drawing Revisions for more information. Note: Double-clicking on any existing Revision will also bring up the Revision Entry window. |

Delete |
Enables the deletion of the currently selected revision. Note: Pressing the Delete button will also delete the currently selected revision. |
Drawing Notes
The user can add notes to the drawing in the Notes tab.

Reference Drawings
The Reference Dwgs tab enables a user to add up to ten manual drawing references for the current drawing:

User Fields
The User Fields tab is used to enter any additional project or user-specific information on the drawing in the fields provided.

Options for Termination Diagrams
The Options tab is used to specify additional settings relevant to Termination Diagrams. It is not displayed for other drawing types.

If ferrule numbers are to be displayed on the diagram instead of signal numbers, ensure that the Show Ferrule Numbers checkbox is checked.

If intermediate junction box connections are to be included on the diagram, ensure that the Show Intermediate Junction Box Connections checkbox is checked (two levels of marshalling on the left hand side of the primary junction box terminal strips may be displayed on Termination Diagrams).

If cable core group numbers are to be displayed on the diagram, ensure that the Show Cable Core Group No’s checkbox is checked.

If additional device and I/O module terminal data is to be included on Termination Diagrams (e.g. terminal descriptions), ensure that the Show Additional Terminal Data checkbox is checked.
Note:
The default state of these checkboxes (checked or not checked) is set on the Terminations Tab of the Options window.
