Import Window - Compare and Update Page

The window now shows the differences between AVEVA Electrical data and proposed (to be imported) ETAP data in tabular form.

A graphical view of the data is also available. Click Graphical View to open it. Refer to Graphical View for further information.

• The data is colour coded, as described in the Attribute Legend. New attributes are indicated with pink highlighting. Changed attributes are indicated with yellow highlighting. No highlighting indicates an attributes in AVEVA Electrical which are unchanged in ETAP.

  

• The displayed data can be filtered to display only items with new data, only items with changed data, or only attributes that have different values in AVEVA Electrical compared to ETAP. Select the required filter from the Filter list.

• To view the attributes for an item click the + button next to the item row, or select the row and click Expand Selected. The attributes of the item mapping are then displayed.

• To hide the attributes for an item click the - button next to the item row, or select the row and click Collapse Selected. The attributes of the item mapping are then hidden.

• More columns containing additional data can be displayed. Click Show Columns if this is required.

  

  Click Show Columns again to hide the additional columns.
