Add Major Equipment to the Catalogue

To add Equipment to the project Major Equipment Catalogue, open the Major Equipment Catalogue and click New in the Records section of the Home tab. The Equipment Information window is displayed:

  • The user must enter a Catalogue Name and select an Equipment Type from the drop-down list. Completion of the Description field is optional.

  • If the item is being supplied by a Vendor, check the Vendor Supplied checkbox.

  • Click Save to create the new catalogue item and close the window. The new item is then added to the grid.

  • Click Cancel to close the window without adding an item.
