To delete a drawing, select it from the list and click Delete on the Home tab. The Drawing Delete Options window is then displayed:

-
Click Delete from Drawings List if the drawing is to be deleted from the list, but the drawing file is not be deleted.
-
Click Delete Drawing File Only if the drawing file is to be deleted, but not the record in the drawing list.
-
Click Delete from Drawings List and Drawing File if both the drawing record in the list and the associated drawing file are to be deleted.
After selecting from the above options, click Delete to complete the deletion.
Note:
The drawing sheet and index sheet order numbers of subsequent drawing sheets with
the same drawing number as the deleted sheet will be automatically updated (decremented)
when the drawing is updated (refer to Create or Update AutoCAD Drawings for details).
Note:
For termination diagram drawings, if the equipment has more terminations than can
fit on a single drawing sheet, additional drawings sheets will be created automatically
as required when the drawing is updated. If such a sheet is deleted, it will automatically
be created again when the drawing is updated, unless the underlying termination data
is amended so that this sheet is no longer required.
